Curriculum Intent- Design Technology
At Thornhill and Arlecdon Primary School we believe that children should have the chance to produce solutions to problems using their imagination and creativity. We believe that Design Technology provides a way for children to experiment, take risks, and feel the sense of accomplishment that comes when they use their skills and knowledge find an innovative solution.
Our Early Years Curriculum enables children to explore and develop in knowledge and skill through themes.

Design Technology will be used during all EYFS themes including:
